My complaint:

April 1522 I asked to return an item, Jamieson Magne $10.79 purchased March 622 from the Kingsway, Burnaby, B.C. store. The young woman said it had to be returned at the store it was bought because it was not in their store inventory and was past the return time. I advised that the purchase receipt was mislaid and then found. The item was not opened and not used. She still insisted in not providing a refund. She still insisted in not providing a refund and moved to another service register. Her attitude is unsatisfactory. April 1622 I returned to the store of purchase and received a refund.

Suggested solution:

Discuss this matter with the store manager Champlain Crescent Vancouver and with the young woman.
