My complaint:
When calling in a prescription and says you must speak with pharmacy no one answers the phone in pharmacy???? The front store has come on 3 times to page for pharmacy phone call. Yet no one picks up.
This is Cambridge, Dundas street location.
Really need to dedicate someone that if the phone rings there that it is their responsibility. that would solve the problem.
This is by far not the first time
Suggested solution:
just make it someones responsiblity that if the phone rings during the shift in pharmacy that they answer the phone.
I have been on hold 19 minutes and 387 seconds.
Ridiculous
