My complaint:
Issue is with medication: DICLOFENAC –
The first issue was ( sorry I have to guess on time) approx 1 year ago I was covered for most of medication and was picking up this DICLO.. for the pain in my knees, they ran out of the DICLO…but had enough for a small bottle and so I paid for the whole 3 amounts of DICLO … since I had the funds at time, and they said when its ready I can pick up. My mistake was that I did not get anything in writing, and after some time, I tried to pick up the rest and all of a sudden amnesia hit and no one recorded that I paid for whole think and refused to give me the rest of DICLO ..
Then, April 29 I had new prescription from Dr, and picked up 1 of 3 bottles of the DICLO.. (50 Grams) and I called approx 1.5 weeks ago advising the Girl who answers that the medication is not working for my pain like the others did and also i noticed a huge difference in texture on my skin, this DICLO.. is not sticky like the past DICLO has been and and make my skin feel weird and the past DICLO… worked perfectly and the pain would leave within 5 min. Now with this new DICLO, the pain is NOT subsiding at all and feels so soft on my skin, almost like a hand cream and I had asked her if they changed anything.
The girl who answered the phone reviewed my file and said yes, there were changes: they changed to a cream base. I asked her why, she said they just did. She said if I prefer the ( I forget what they called the other I was using) but said if I want to go back to the other, they can order me another, I said absolutely. My knees are aching so bad and I cannot sleep at night.
I ADV THAT THERE WAS A GAP OF PICKING UP THIS CREAM FROM THE PAST UNTIL NOW, AND THAT WAS BECAUSE MY BOSS HAD PURCHASED CREAM FROM THE STATES AND IT HAD BEEN WORKING ON MY KNEES, IT WAS A NATURAL REMEDY CREAM. AND IT WAS JUST TOO EXPENSIVE TO CONTINUE. AND SO WHEN I WAS AT DOCTORS TO REFILL MY OTHER PRESCRIPTIONS, I HAD HER PROVIDE ME THAT DICLO…AGAIN.
I asked that girl if I have to pay for this again, as I only used about 3 times and adv i can bring the bottle back and she can see, she said yes I have to pay, I told her I don’t think I should pay if they changed my prescription, she said I still have to pay. I asked for a pharmacist and will little attitude she had pharmacist come to phone. I spk to her and I cannot remember her name at moment, and she asked me what the bottle shows for my DICLO.. – I told her it shows PLO GEL, and she asked me what the expiry date is, she said was hand written on bottle, and there is NOTHING, no expiry.
we discussed and she was going to reorder as they have to get from another location and will request the PLO GEL, and I asked if I have to pay for this again, she said she will work on this, and gave me the feeling that I would not, and she said she will call me back within a day.
HERE IT IS A WEEK AND BIT LATER, AND NO CALL.
I called back on Friday June 04th and spoke to Beena or Beeni, and explained situation to her and told her I’m very disappointed, and she understood and said she will order me another DICLO ( I THOUGHT THE PHARMACIST ALREAYD DID THIS FOR ME WEEKS AGO) and she said she will have pharmacist call me back, and today is June 08 and NOTHING, why am i not getting a call back????????????
Suggested solution:
First, I want to know why I'm not getting calls back
Then - I want to know why they don't give me the medication I was taking all along and that the Doctor prescribed or at least give me heads up.
Then - I NEED THIS CREAM FOR MY KNEES, IM IN PAIN.
Then – I should not have to pay for this bottle when this was their error. So to even suggest me to pay is not right.
I have taken phots of the bottle, but I don't want to post here if this is going to be published publicly as has my personal info.
