My complaint:
My LCBO 100 CA was not activated. It took an hour at LCBO store to find out and I was forced to pay by other way.
Shoppers Drug Mart customer service switched my call to LCBO customer service line just to hear automatic voice about business hours.
Suggested solution:
Can I get any real help ?
