My complaint:
I purchased a BestBuy gift card at Shoppers Drug Mart paying cash money. The Value of the card is more than 300 CAD. The card is invalid and can’t be used. People at Shoppers saying they need to investigate, for the meanwhile I couldn’t use the card to buy a gift I was planning to buy , because of the card issue.
This should be resolved at the store by replacing a card for me or giving my money back so I could make the purchase on time and not promising me a long term investigations!
