My complaint:
I picked up 2 Ultimate Dinner cards, came to the cashier. She asked how much, I said $30 dollars each. She punched in and said 100. I was ready with my credit card and tapped right away then realized that she said 100. It all happened in a split seconds. I then asked why $100 dollars. She replied two 50’s. I then said I asked for two 30 dollar gift cards. She said sorry, called the assistant who she said nothing could be done.
Suggested solution:
I\'m totally in a shock that Shoppers does not have a solution to this problem. I\'m a long time customer, cannot afford to give away 2-$50 gift cards. One of the card payment s shared between a couple of girls from work. I strongly feel that Shoppers at least should give me a gift card for $100 so I could purchase the cards for the intended amount and move on.
