My complaint:
Every year I buy perfumes at Shoppers and every year I get gift of purchase with Versace perfumes, this time I did not get it, so I asked the women where my gift is and I was told she has to go and get it from the back. It looked like if you don’t know about the gift and won’t ask for it you will not get it. After my shopping I went home and I noticed that the mascara that I paid for is not in my bag. When I went back to the store and asked for my mascara I was told that probably the beauty consultant put my mascara in somebody else’s bag. For me it looks like that instead of giving the customer gifts the beauty consultants take it for themselves. If I wouldn’t come to get my mascara it is free to them as well.
Suggested solution:
After spending $488 I don't think I should be asking for a gift of purchased and I don't want anyone else to be treated the same way
