My complaint:
I had a Shopify store under my domain name rocketleather.com. Shopify removed our store with no explanation and proceeded to Client Transfer Prohibited my domain name which I owned months prior to my store. I have requested multiple times to have it returned but Freya the Risk Analyst had it locked with Tucows. I have complained to Tucows with no response.
Suggested solution:
Return my rocketleather.com domain name to me.
