My complaint:
Shopify went into my website, decided it went against their terms of service (which it did not) and closed my website before it was even published. The website was only 10% complete so i’m not sure how they could make that assessment at the time. This was the day after i spent more than $200 on themes and subscriptions. Their customer service did not respond within a reasonable amount of time and when they did, they only pushed the script that it went against their terms of service and did not take any data or evidence that it did not.
Suggested solution:
Allow my site to remain on the platform and operate.
