SHEIN complaint: Unhelpful, Uncaring, Unreliable

My complaint:

I ordered clothes from Shien and have done many times, being impressed with their team on many occasions. However this time, my parcel was unsafely delivered, left on the main road and as a result stolen.

Now I have contacted Shein to let them know of this, apparently it is not their problem. I don’t want a refund I just simply want the clothes I have paid for. They don’t care? They under the consumer rights act have a duty of care to get the parcel into my hands and are failing to take accountability.

I am appalled by the careless handling of my recent parcel delivery by EVRI, but even further shocked at Shein’s customer service to a loyal customer.

To exacerbate matters, my attempts to address this issue through an investigation inquiry have been met with ‘sorry theres nothing they can do’, when they can resend the clothes that I have paid for and have been unsafely delivered by the courier they chose. This lack of response is both unacceptable and disappointing.

Given that I have never encountered such negligence with Shein in the past, unlike the experiences of friends and family, I am deeply concerned about the reliability and professionalism of their service. This incident has left me questioning whether I can trust Shein for future orders.

Suggested solution:

Resend my order of clothes that I have paid for and not recieved.
