My complaint:
Shein returned my order without my permission and the one which I paid for the express shipping. I been staying in this country for longer time only for this a package . I been waiting for this and am finding out that they returned my thing and they don’t even have no reason for that . That’s my second time getting freaking disappointed with this website. First time I got charged now they not even sending my package. I spent a lot of money and time to stay in this country for a lil more until the order comes and that’s what’s happening. That’s unfair . Y’all ain’t got no responsibility. At all . That’s a whole scam . I read the shit which says oh we can’t cancel ur order since is shipped . Well , so what you gonna say about this situation. ? My order got returned. WHY . ? BY WHO . ? WHERE YOU GOT THE PERMISSION TO RETURN IT BACK Z ?
Suggested solution:
They better sent my money back and my package . And give me the damn free shipping since they can’t even be responsible for the order with the real free shipping . Coz I got charged $67 last time and had to get my order by myself with getting charged . But it was free shipping .
