SHEIN complaint: terrible accountavility and no respect for customer

My complaint:

They refuse to refund me my packages that have been reshipped to the wrong address that the team is making up. The address on record is correct and when they sen the package, they don’t use the address on record. Their customer service says that because the address they have is correct they cant do anything. I know the address they have on record is correct, I input it myself. UPS has assured me over 5 times ( the amount of times this has happened) they cannot stop a package from being returned to sender due to incomplete address and only commerce can edit address. They have sent the packages 5 times to entirely different zip codes than my own and when confronted with these, they deny that they have done this. USPS can they in fact have and even with proof from USPS, they do not take accountability. It’s been almost a month of this.

Suggested solution:

refund me for what you will never send me correctly and stop making false claims of customer commitment, because i have shopped there for years and the one time i need customer service you completely disregard the issue and responsibility. I used to love shein and I will absolutely never sponsor you again ever.
