My complaint:
So I had provided several pictures, over time, of different small items, here and there that I received damaged, or a few things came and were wrong , or sized incorrectly, and I was provided refunds for them, ultimately I ordered a pair of shoes that were covered in glue and I emailed bo and forth for over a week and they refunded me a small amount for them. Then I try to find the refund which went to a gift card that I can’t find, and have over 1.000 points from watching SHEINS live shows, doing reviews, logging in daily, I have been a customer w them since 2019, and spend a decent amount of money with them and just reached vip status on their loyalty program, so bcuz of $41 of small refunds over time on legitimate things I was told that my acct is SUSPENDED AND TO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I ACTUALLY HAVE THE MESSAGE ACCUSING ME OF FALSE REPORTING AND TELLING ME TO DO SO !! NOW I FORFEIT THE POINTS I EARNED AND POSSIBLY MY REFUND AND MY ABILITY TO SHOP THERE!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE!! NOR HAVE A EVER FALSLEY RETURNED SOMETHING OR ASKED FOR A REFUND!!
Suggested solution:
I want my account unlocked !! And my points , I did nothing wrong !! Returns in things made from Asian PRODUCTS happen all the time !! Are u kidding this is crazy

Omg this same thing happened to me now. They literally told me the same thing! So annoying plus I was receiving packages with missing items some packages would arrive empty! This is incredible and absolutely outrages! Of course I am going to ask for a refund if I do NOT receive my items! I paid for them, it’s obvious!
