My complaint:
The customer agent on shein refused to refund damaged and incorrect quantity products. My package that I recieved was in a very poor situation. It was taped up and many things were broken. The customer agent refused to refund my product cause I had around 10 damaged products out of maybe 50 things. And they said if I continue to complain about this they will temporarily close my account. They refused to refund anything. I was like excuse me? It’s my right to complain. I made an order around 400 dhs and they cant refund a few things which hardly cost anything? Ridiculous.
Suggested solution:
Refund me for my damaged products.
