My complaint:
I have repeatedly ask SHEIN not to use SpeedX to deliver my packages because they leave them unattended in an apartment building lobby. Once stolen they refuse to issue a refund stating the package was successfully delivered. That is very unprofessional.
My message to SpeedX:
Yes, the whole order was stolen from my hallway lobby. I was sitting in my car and noticed that my order was delivered. Not more than 5 minutes passed before I entered my lobby and there was no package. I checked different floors and different buildings and there was no package.
I have asked you not to leave it in my lobby, there is no security. I am fighting with SHEIN once again to refund my money.
I live on the second floor, my elevator works and my telephone, why can’t you contact me. I will meet the person downstairs.
Once again you gifted my neighbors something I paid for. You indicated my package was delivered and 5 minutes later I looked and it was gone. I have repeatedly asked you not to leave my package in the lobby of my hallway. You also posted the proof hours later.
It is unprofessional of you not to a least try to accommodate the customer. My elevator works and so do my phone.
I am going to report you to everyone that will listen.
I am very disappointed in your service.

It is recommended that you check the delivery address. If the address is correct, please double-check your mailbox, front door, and building/apartment front desk, or ask your neighbors to sign for it.
