My complaint:

I have done event they have asked when doing a refund, I send proof of it been sent from the post office with receipt, and then I have been told it’s up to 3 weeks for refund, when it states no where that, that is their policy, when last week I did the same thing and less then 24 hours o had a refund and all of sudden it’s up to 3 weeks, and they take 24 hours to reply and they leave it until the last hour to reply and then they doesn’t even do anything to help,

Suggested solution:

I would like to just be refunded like I was on the last one last week with no problems
