My complaint:

It’s been a week since I placed my orders. My parcel is still in transit and not moving yet and there’s no present update of it what a horrible experience and I wish someone can help me to have a solution with this everytime I contact an agent they told me the same. What a bad experience SHEIN!! poor and slow update and shipment

Send my parcel now!!! It's tiresome to wait for your same responsey orders should be here in Philippines by now. Estimated delivery should be 5-8th of April!
