My complaint:
I’ve always enjoyed many of the items that I bought off of Shein. However, their delivery time takes forever and I never received my refund from my last order that was returned.
It stated that it was refunded on my Shein app, but it wasn’t refunded to my banking account!
The fact that they don’t offer a direct customer service email or phone number for their customers is a red flag! They only offer a live chat, which isn’t an actual “live” chat. It’s a robot chat that doesn’t understand your questions nor provide any resolutions (this is how many businesses get away with scamming customers).Businesses that don’t provide a DIRECT customer service email or phone number, for their customers, shouldn’t be allowed to operate!
I’m hesitant to purchase anything else off of their website now!
