My complaint:

I paid 20 euro for express shipping because I want the dress that I order for my birthday which is at 31of March .I order at 17 of March. The dhl company track and trace express DHL write that my package will come at 13 of April.

Suggested solution:

Bring my package until Wednesday 29 of March or give me my money back for the express shipping that I paid.
