My complaint:

I did not receive my items. I was supposed to get a beige dress and heels. But when I opened the package, I only received a violet pull-over instead of a dress and heels. I have a video to show that when I opened the parcel, only a violet pull over is inside. I filed a complaint to their customer service through the app. The agent told me that they need 48 hours for investigation. However just after more or less 5 hours, I received an email that they already investigated and they said that the weight of the package matches the weight of the dress and heels. I asked for full report on their investigation. How come the package’s weight matches the items I ordered, when the package only contains a pull-over sweater.

Suggested solution:

They should provise a refund.
