My complaint:

Good day

My parcel was suppose to arrive between 4-9 September 2021.
I have made numerous attempts to find out what has happen to my parcel. The transport company does not pick up their phones and when they do pick up, they answer me with a very bad attitude and does not assist properly.

They were suppose to delivery last week. Everyday I was told to wait for package but it never came.

However now I don’t need the package anymore. I needed items for a function but the function is over and I had to get the items somewhere else.

This service is not satisfactory and I will be leaving a complaint on the website as well.

I really hope I will be assisted in this matter
