My complaint:
I received notifications from Buffalo logistics saying delays then saying they will deliver. I waited all day and nothing then I get a notification from SHEIN saying the goods will be returned I wasn’t home etc and this is untrue . No one called and I have been trying to contact this company via all channels with no success. I want my money back!!! They saying failed multiple times this is nonsense no one tried to deliver anything to me
Suggested solution:
Get all my clothes to me or refund me immediately
