My complaint:
I placed an online order with SHEIN have yet to receive it. Tracking info. states that it was delivered on 0219. I have not gotten the partial delivery. I only received 1 item via.USPS.
The 3rd party courier is SPEEDX their trackinv data reflects delivered.
I have also began receiving package tracking data that indicates that USPS is requesting $3 from me for additional mailing info.
Suggested solution:
Deliver items or refund fully.
