My complaint:

I ordered from shein on 4 of Oct and I haven’t gotten my packages until now. I understand about the delivery delay but it’s almost been a month.
the status changes by itself sometimes saying that my packages were ready to be picked up. I went there and the customer service guy told me it is still at the dock. And I was like I came all the way because the status said it was ready to be picked.
the guy said sorry as it might be a mistake. And it happened several times.

Suggested solution:

Be specific and don't kept changing the status.
for some reason I can't send several photos. Please send me an email so I can send you the proof of the screenshot that I took.
