My complaint:
The csm Chelsy Cowherd, believes calling a 16 year old cashier an idiot an being rude threatening and yelling at him is okay behavior for a manager. Also when having a bad day she will be nasty with peers. She treats her assistant like crap and talks down to her acting as she ant good enough to be her assistant. I have even seen her get rude with costumers. I have spoken with Kalan whom seems to not have a care to how his store is.
Suggested solution:
Make management better for both costumers and employees
