My complaint:
On numerous occasions, advertised sale items and promotions not available during sale period. most recently butter, but this is a common problem and rainchecks not offered. called to complain and employee verified the item was in short supply, yet it is offered again in new circular. Untruthful, perhaps illegal.
Suggested solution:
Firstly, have adequate amounts in stock. Secondly, alter advertising to reflect limited quantities. thirdly, offer rain check or substitution item
