My complaint:
I signed for free Trial (4 Weeks) today. I got Popup (something like 1 Click-Payment) for 39,99 Euro. I pressed buttom X to avoid this Popup, But Payment (PayPal) went through (how they code it I dont know). I contacted billing(at)shawacademy(dot)com but got no answer yet. After Reading all this stuff what they are doing for customers I am not sure they will give me my money back. They try to earn their money trough such tricks like One-Click Payments, but not providing good service.
I know may be I write my feedback to early, but I found no information that they pay money back in such cases. I will not get it, but I want give to everybody this information.
Suggested solution:
It would be nice if the send me my 39,99 Euro back, what they took from me today.
