My complaint:
I registered with Shaw Academy and almost immediately knew I wouldn’t use it – wasn’t eaay to use and staff were poor at communicating.
I cancelled on the site and went through the procedure – I was asked to call a number to cancellation and reason.
I was charged €50 anyway after the 4 weeks.
Despite a number of emails and phone calls Swah Academy firstly refused to fully refund me (offered 50%) but ed (3 different staff) that they would remove my card details and email me to .
Suggested solution:
Refund me the €50, remove my card details and email me to this.
