My complaint:
I signed up for the 4 week free trial. I was scrolling through the modules they had on display there and the next day was charged for it. I discontinued using and emailed them. Their reply is I opened module 2 which then in turn charged me. WHY HAVE THEM THERE AND NOT NOTIFY THAT THERE ARE CHARGES!!!!! I think this is a way to take peoples money and I am REALLY not happy. I haven’t used it and honestly don’t want to considering how easy it is for them to just take your money without notifying properly.
Suggested solution:
I would like my money back, I don't see a reason why I shouldn't considering I haven't used it and never will due to the response I received
