My complaint:
I bought a Xiaomi MI 10T Pro phone from the Sohar store of DG Sharaf in Sep 2021. I handed the phone under warranty with a complaint regarding the voice sound on the phone on 20th Dec 2021 vide Ticket no. 332220. It was informed after numerous follow ups that the phone was rectified and ready in Muscat on 15th Jan 2022. I have made more than 4 visits to the store and all I am getting is promises that the phone will be delivered soon.
Suggested solution:
I need them to call and explain the inordinate delay. I am not sure if the defect is really rectified and want to check it and get full compensation for the delay. If the phone is not repaired to my satisfaction I need full refund too along with compensation for the trouble caused
