My complaint:
i bought playstation 4 pro online. When i removed the plastic it seems that the box has been opened! When i open the box the packaging of the item is only a cling wrapper and it has a lot of scratches on the console!!! It seems that the seller send me a used unit and that is unacceptable! Its almost 1 week that i need my refund but there’s still no reply from the seller! Don’t ever trust their online store it’s a waste of money!!!
