My complaint:
We were being blatantly lied to by the customer care executive when the store had ed that the insurance is approved to repair the phone under extended warranty. When I stated that the insurance is being approved as ed by tue store, the representative was so rude and asked us to collect the phone from the person who had ed that the insurance is approved. The main reason for handing the phone for service was that we were ed that the phone would be available on time and when the delay happened we were treated rudely in lieu of making up for delay.
Suggested solution:
Please repair and phone and hand over before Friday, 7 July 2023
