My complaint:

Been dealing with JPay for yrs n yrs after changing over to Securus can’t sign in have received many passwords still do the same thing wrong password etc. I had sercurus all ready before change over from JPay now I’m having problems signing in have been using the same password for yrs n gmail for yrs.

Suggested solution:

No still doing the same thing
