My complaint:
I booked via Skyscanner, chose MyTrip as my provider and paid Seat24 for 4 tickets, Mombasa-Nairobi 03012022, on flight H16458, Hahn Air Systems.
Operated by Safarilink. Seat24 didn’t send my details and money and SafariLink never received information of my booking and there was no such flight. It was a non existing flight.
Suggested solution:
I have encountered enormous expenses due to cancellation. I bought 4 new tickets, lost a suffered a whole day at the airport with my 2 daughters, minors, and wife. Paid for accomodation and food in Mombasa and transportation to and from airport to hotel as there were no flights on same day. Had to pay fine for changing dates on Booking.com. I missed meeting schedule for 040120220 with a potential client in Nairobi.
I would like my experience to help stop such companies from risking lives of people, had i not had extra funds I will still be stick at the airport with my 2 minorsw wife and I, with no food, no where to go. And there is no way of communicating to these company, I tried LiveChat on their system but didn\'t get a response (I was timed out), they have a telephone number in UK and Germany and you have to pay to get connected, they didn\'t have WhatsApp or other cheaper ways for compalns to be channeled through.
