My complaint:
I live very close to the save a lot at 8000 st Charles Rock rd near st John MO, so needless to say I frequent the store often. The same cashier, couldn’t get a name from her except The Bitch is very rude and this last time was making racist comments to me. I had a box with my food in it so after she scanned the product she put it in the shopping cart right next to her. After I paid I grabbed the cart to bag my groceries when she grabbed the cart and told me I had to keep it right there when there was a line building up. All she had to do was take 2 steps and grab a different cart that did not have my items in it to proceed with rhe next customer. Yeah I could’ve grabbed the cart but the way she talked to me I’m front of everyone I was not doing anything to help her do her job. So since I wasn’t allowed to take rhe cart to the bagging area I had no choice but to bag my groceries right at the end of the isle. She said what the fuck you think u doing? I responded bagging my groceries. She just stood there and stared at me and told me I needed to get a cart for her I told her I wasn’t going to do her job for her she’ started huffing and puffing and saying oh no your not white bitch I was like no I’m not what ankle to bag my groceries…I was like I paid for them they’re mine and I’m bagging them …she started making a scene saying loudly I dont know what this white bitch think she doing. And started grabbing my groceries and throwing them in the back of the cart and started checking out the lady behind me. I asked her what her name was and she kept saying Bitch my name is the Bitch and told me she was gna show me how big of a bitch she was If I didn’t get away from her. After I was done bagging my groceries and trying to unsmash my bread she smashed throwing my things to the back of the cart I walked out and said I’d be contacting corporate
Suggested solution:
They really need to fire this racist woman. Especially since I was called white bitch and cracker. This is not an isolated incident she has given me attitude on every other occasion I've been there and she's been working.
