My complaint:
Nasty blondie Karen. Mgr, asst who knows. I filed a complaint and its all electronic and you have to check the non-existent information online. No voices, that’s how much they care about their customers. My attorney is contacting them. I want a document that explains the steps they took to resolve my complaint. Also, I cut my finger on one of their products, so that is another problem he’ll investigate. I’m sure nothing will come out of it, but why not make someone work at Savealot for the best interest of the customer. It’ll be worth the few thousand dollars I’ll pay over time just to screw up at least one person’s day.
They’re all kind of like the overly ripe fruit and vegetables they sell…spoiled and rotten!
Suggested solution:
A sour puss and bad attitude are not a good mix for customer service, nor dirty products on shelves. Fire her...she's bad for business. At the same time who care, I'll never shop there again anyway.
