My complaint:
I’m filing the complaint because, as a customer at this store, EVERY time that I go into the store, usually the ladies always says hello, and thank you after the sale. However, the guy in there is EXTREMELY RUDE!!, He always throws the produce in the bag, which bruises it, he NEVER says hello, or thank you, I realize that everyone has a off day, so I made it a point to speak to him and be polite, with absolutely no response from him, I’m a 47 yr old woman, I’ve shopped in a lot of places, and had no problems, but this guy is over the top with his actions. I still have my receipt, the info is: 60017 , Cashier name Hakim, time 16:13:40, May 2021 ( mothers day), I really don’t care fir shopping at Wal-Mart, but it looks like my family and friends, will be shopping elsewhere.
Suggested solution:
I think someone should talk to him about customer service, and people skills, because he obviously lacks in both areas, he's gonna cost this company customers.
