My complaint:
ON May 10, 2021 I ordered a family pack of center cut boneless pork chops which cost me according to the package $8.89. However Sav a lot
charged me $22.23 for the pork chops, check out bag tax or fee of $0.10, tip $2.00 and Service Fee $2.00 for a grand total of $26.33 which was taken from my bank account. There is a difference of $13.34 in the price of the pork chops. I don’t like to be cheated. I live on a fixed retirement income and I can’t afford to just throw money away. I contacted customer service at 888-725-4537 and was given a case number of brwygvxvil and a pin of 08235. Today is May 24 and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this issue. My money has not been returned so I’m still defrauded.
Suggested solution:
Someone needs to look into the customer services practices and the overcharging for items. If this is the way sav a lot does busines, I'm surprised you haven't been sued whiich I am seriously considering. I want
restitution for the money you defrauded out of.
