My complaint:
Cake was purchased 51621 for a family dinner and4 days later when i tried to eat the rest of 12 the cake there was a clump of blonde hair embedded in the side of the caKE!!!THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!i will no longer be shopping at your store and will recommend others not shop there as well!!! This hair ended up in my mouth!!!!and with the virus this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! So now i will shop at giant eagle or adlis or walmart!!! I have bee a loyal customer for 30 yrs!!!!
Suggested solution:
REFUND AND DETERMINE WHOSE HAIR OT IS!!!
