My complaint:
I shop at this location at least once a week. Today I purchased milk along with a few other items, as I was going to my car I noticed the milk was dripping on me and I dropped it!it broke everywhere.i went back in and asked these 2 bigger girls that work there if I could grab another milk that mine was broken and they asked me for my receipt I gave it to them and they said it’s not our fault you broke the milk you will have to pay for another one I told them the milk was dripping on me and that’s the reason I dropped it….. they were completely rude to me! I work in customer service and this type of behavior is not excepted! I left the store in tears and I will not be shopping there again unless they will refund my money for the milk ( I wish I would have gotten their names but I was so upset I walked out and told them I’ll never come back ! Since they have my receipt I will post a picture of my purchase from my bank
Suggested solution:
I would like my money back for the milk or I would like the milk I never received that I payed for
