My complaint:
Im a faithful shopper at your store and the last time i was there when i paid for my food my food stamp info was stolen my food card is loaded on the 20th of each month and this month when i went to shop for our christmas dinner i was floored to find out that the last time i went to your store my info was stolen when i checked out and they spent every bit of my stamps in New York this month so now i sit with my son with no way to get Christmas dinner and to top it off i lost my job last week I hope after reading this you fix your scanners even tho we wont have a very Merry Christmas i dont want anyone else to go through this.
Suggested solution:
They need to fix the computers that read our cards Christmas dinner would be nice I will have a hard time feeding my son until my food stamps are replaced
