My complaint:
Advertised whole chicken for 99 cents per lb. One customer was allowed to but all stock. Meat department said there would be on sale next Friday and Saturday, they were not corp. did not put them for following week. The store said nothing they could do, and no rain check it was to corp.
I found out that it was a restaurant that brag about the deal they got. I thought maybe they should have put a limit per customer according to a one employee.
The other two stores had this same problem one of the two stores said they were left with only two chickens. all of the three stores were bought out very early after the store opened.
The stores said they could not offer rain checks.
Times are hard disappointed that more customers were not offered the fair share across the board.
What can be done not the personal stores problem they are at the mercy of the corporate offices?
Call the complaints line that person said all they could do was refer to a form to file out, she also indicated she was an answering service and has no boss above her.
All other phone numbers for the main offices do not work. I realize stores are controlled by the main corporation.
What I am saying is get your act together. Customers make your bottom-line profits. If you don’t have enough inventory limit what you are offering. Draw customers as if you want them to leave with a smile!
Suggested solution:
be fair to everyone, if you want the smile from customers offer rainchecks, limit the amount for each customer, just state the facts and stand behind your franchisee. I you cannot do these profits could fall. Over all the stores are trying hard to please customers and stay alive. I am not unhappy with the stores I visit.
