My complaint:
I purchased an American style refrigerator 4 years ago. This week, for no identifiable reason, everything on it stopped. No power going into it at all.
I called out the technician and he said the electronic circuit board was completely blown.
While this is issue enough, I was then advised that there is no replacement board because it is now obsolete. Even if the model is no longer sold, I would expect that its components would be supported longer.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate it if a check could be made for a replacement electronics board that could be supplied at a reasonable cost, given that I spent 1530 euro on the original and have nothing to show for it.
The model concerned RS7567THCSL
