My complaint:
Hello;
Last year, I purchased the 7 piece Athena Collection featured by Sunbrella section, fire pit and two ottomans. I have made several calls to Sam’s Club regarding missing pieces. I was told they would arrive in 30-days, then three months, six months because of shipping delays, etc. Here I sit over a year later with a set that I paid over $2,100.00 and have not been able to use it fully because of missing pieces. The section has been in an enclosed four seasons room since purchase, but the fabric is not holding up at all either. I am very frustrated that no one is willing to address my issues and help me have all pieces to the sectional and quality cushion covers that will last.
Suggested solution:
At this point, I would need all new cushions and covers, as new covers most likely will not match those from original purchase with just normal fading from sun coming in the windows. I have never received the cover that comes with the purchase either. This is one picture of the missing parts.
