Sahara Las Vegas complaint: Terrible customer service worst place to stay in

My complaint:

First of all we arrived at 11am do to were a big group and reserved 4 rooms. We arrived early and pre checked in we let them know we all wanted to be in the same floor. They told us to give them about 2 hrs to get the rooms ready so we did came back at 1pm they said they were doing the last inspection and will be ready shortly then at 245 we went up again because they failed to reach out to us like they said they will. So they didnt have our rooms they were rude about it and didnt offer anything for the inconvenience . But the lady beside us was offered a upgrade to her room free food among other stuff. We ended up in a different floor and when i walked in to that room i was extremely disappointed not only the web site shows the rooms to be bigger and luxurious well reality is different is so small beds are small no 2 adults will fit in 1 bed its a joke .

Suggested solution:

they should at least offer a discount give us a better room at no additional cost since we did wait 5hrs . Or complementary dinner something . Its 4th of july and im so disappointed i think motel 6 would of been a better hotel
