My complaint:
Went to the casino and pool multiple times during I t stay and could not get any help to get drinks. Your waitresses seemed to just pass us by or just avoided us all together at the pool. The group across from us seemed more important and got very good service. Also the line to get tot he elevator to get to our room was ridiculous. I understand social distancing makes this harder but maybe another solution should be figured out. Also frustrated that I was told a manager would reach out to us and has not.
Suggested solution:
First of all ensuring that all guests are treated the same by your staff would be great. Find a solution that is better for the elevator issues as well. Follow up with someone when someone at your company says you will reach out.
