My complaint:
Due to the tightness of the cap and the thinness of the plastic in the body of the plastic bottle it is next to impossible to remove the cap without spilling some of the water.
We have enjoyed this product before and it seems that the problem has gotten worse.
It would be next to impossible for a child or someone who is weak or disabled to open.
Suggested solution:
Please don't tighten the bottle cap so tightly during manufacturing.
