My complaint:
Yesterday on the 26June I sent sh1550 money to another till number and I immediately asked for a reversal ,I went to one of the customer service branch and I was promised to be assisted within 6 hours,it’s now 25hrs since I asked for the reversal,I have called but no one is picking the call
you just leave me on hold since yesterday,I need my money to be reversed and sent to me
This was the till I sent the money 7216680-Emmanuel Juma Omondi
