My complaint:
On 24th September 2022 at 8:42 AM, I bought EasyTalk (Airtime and SMS) KES 500 from my MPESA line 0722801309. I never got the package. Yesterday, 24the September 2022, I reported twice through the toll free line 100 and today 25th September 2022, I reported again.
You either give me what I bought or refund the KES 500. I am very disappointed because each time I call, I am told the complaint has been escalated to another office but no resolution. It is now over 24 Hrs since I purchased the EasyTalk airtime and SMS. I need to use this money, urgent.
Suggested solution:
Either refund KES 500 or credit my number with the EasyTalk deal.
