My complaint:

My husband purchased a ride on electric lawn mower for a residential home.
Less than 2 yrs of owning it we started having problems.
We researched the issue and changed the batteries and the baldes.
Contined to have the same issue.
Now we are in this for over $5,000.00.
They came and said we modified the mower by changing the batteries.
I reviewed the manual and nowhere in the manual or on the mower does it say your warranty will be voided if you dont use Ryobi batteries.

I called them again to make a complaint.
They told me they would take care of it.
I called to check the status and apparently they changed there mind.
I am so disappointed in this company for not standing behind there product.

Suggested solution:

The right thing to do would be for them to send a service tech and fix the problem.
